A lot of us learn early on how to protect ourselves from pain by pushing things down, putting up walls, or becoming who we think we need to be. These strategies often help us get through tough situations, but over time, they can leave us feeling disconnected from who we really are. Therapy is a space to start undoing that. Together, we’ll work on reconnecting with the parts of you that got left behind because they’re not the problem. They’re often the way forward. When those parts are welcomed instead of avoided, real clarity and healing can begin.

I show up as a real person in the room, conversational, down-to-earth, and focused on creating a space where you feel safe to explore. I work well with people who are thoughtful and curious about their inner world, and ready for a different kind of relationship with themselves. I believe meaningful change starts from within and ripples out into how we live, connect, and make decisions.

Our work will be shaped by an understanding of how past experiences especially early relationships have influenced how you relate to yourself and others. We’ll make sense of the patterns that once helped you cope but may be keeping you stuck now, and explore new ways of moving through life with more trust, intention, and self-awareness.
